1. Free Listings

Posting standard classified ads on AdsOkay is 100% free. Users can post, manage, and delete their free listings at any time without any charges.

2. Featured Ads & Premium Services

We offer optional paid promotional services (such as Top Ads, Featured Listings, and Seller Subscriptions) designed to give your items higher visibility and faster sales across Pakistan.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are applicable under the following specific circumstances:

• Duplicate Billing: If you were charged multiple times for the same transaction due to a payment gateway error.
• Technical Failure: If a paid feature was not activated on your listing due to a verified platform technical issue and could not be resolved within 48 hours.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

• Ads that have already received promotional impressions and clicks.
• Items that are successfully sold before the promotional period expires.
• Listings removed or rejected due to a violation of our Terms of Service (e.g., prohibited items or fraudulent content).

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email our billing department at [email protected] or WhatsApp us at +92 323 7102924 with your Transaction ID, Registered Email, and Ad Link. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
