• Duplicate Listings: Posting repetitive or duplicate ads in the same category or multiple cities is not allowed.
• Accurate Categorization: Ads must be listed in the appropriate category with clear, original photos and realistic pricing.

4. Transactions & Safety Guidelines

AdsOkay is a marketplace that connects buyers and sellers. We do not participate in payments, delivery, or warranty of items. Users are strongly advised to:

• Meet sellers in safe, public places during daylight hours.
• Inspect and test the item thoroughly before making any payment.
• Avoid advance payments or bank transfers to unverified parties.

5. Moderation & Termination

AdsOkay reserves the right to edit, suspend, or delete any listing or user account that violates these terms, engages in spam, or attempts fraudulent activity, without prior notice.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
